Workshop Overview


Prana means “breathing forth” in Sanskrit. Participants will learn techniques for improving control and capacity of the respiratory system thus, increasing levels of oxygen in the blood, as well as, develop an understanding of
three-part breathing that is effective for constrictive postures.
